The smart concept of the MBA mobile asphalt batching plant enables flexible and efficient operation
at construction sites. The plant is favorably distinguished by its fast assembly and disassembly, thus ensuring its quick commissioning in the event of a change in the place of work.
All sections of this plant, when shipped from the factory, are already equipped with the necessary cable and pipe connections, which greatly facilitates field installation work.
The concept of plants with a capacity of 100 to 240 t / h allows customers to independently commission them by their own service personnel.

it is enough to have even, hard (covered with crushed stone) and compacted soil throughout the installation site. Thanks to quick installation

The design of the components of the MBA type plant in the form of a semitrailer, as a rule, is provided for equipping with wheels. The equipment also includes a dual-circuit brake system, a parking brake, a pivot pin with height-adjustable support legs and
complex lighting system. In addition to high-quality component materials, the design provides for long-life lining plates that are optimally adapted to difficult conditions such as hard rock and thermal stress. This ensures that the
operation at any time and maximum plant productivity at no extra cost.

According to the concept of the technological process, the drying drum is an indispensable component for the production of asphalt concrete mixture, which must ensure the removal of moisture from the raw material and thereby ensure its effective binding with bitumen. Each drum undergoes 100% final inspection by BENNINGHOVEN. For optimum results, burners are available in different lengths, different diameters or with different mounted elements, adapted to local operating conditions (work site, rock and material moisture). The tumble dryer is compact, reliable and easy to maintain.
The mixer is the main component of the asphalt concrete batching plant. It is in it
intensive mixing of minerals with a binder and aggregates takes place to obtain a homogeneous ready-made mixture. The mixing cycle - including loading and emptying - lasts 45 seconds. Due to the high stress in terms of wear, weight and power transmission, only high-quality materials are used in the construction of the mixer. All of this is offered along with optimum wear protection. In this way, a long plant life and a trouble-free production process are guaranteed.
All mobile asphalt mixing plants are equipped with a five-layer screen as standard.
This makes it easy to meet the requirements of standards and recipes in different countries for
all over the world.
DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
BENNINGHOVEN dust collection systems / filters stand out for their very
compact and modular design. Due to the small number of simple connections
quick installation of the system is ensured. In addition, the dust collection system is optimally
available for inspection and maintenance - e.g. replacement
filter pockets does not require the use of special tools and does not represent any special complexities. The vertical arrangement of the filter pockets ensures efficient use of the entire working surface of the filters. Thanks to their high-quality processing and thermal stability, the filter bags are designed for a long service life. An innovative silencer system is provided for effective noise reduction.
